Northwest Junior Pipe Band at Portland Highland Games 2006. 3rd place of 6 Grade 4 bands. NWJPB is a non-profit youth pipe band, recruiting kids in Western Washington under 18 to come and learn bagpiping and Scottish drumming. More info available at www.nwjpb.org.
