Glengary : The Glengary worn by
the pipers is a plain black glengary - not diced. It has a black ribbon
bow on the left front side. This is where the cap badge will be placed, we use the Black Watch cap badge - not shown in this picture. There are also black ribbon tails down the back.
These should be 1 1/4' wide x 11" long. On the top is a 3/4 inch diameter red taurie. See below the hat size conversion table.

To be worn with the point of the Glengarry in
line with nose, 1 inch above left eyebrow and = inch above right
eyebrow. Make sure tails are well pressed. You do not wear this like they did in the Second World war with it higher on one side than the other. It should be level, front to back and left to right.
